Co-founder Mr Yee Thong Fatt is also an Executive Director of the company, responsible for the overall planning and operation of Ukay Builders Sdn Bhd construction projects. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Building) from the National University of Singapore, Mr Yee has more than 32 years of experience in the industry since he began his career as a quantity surveyor for a contractor firm in Singapore, Selarang Camp Singapore, and a part-time lecturer at the Construction Industry Training Institute in Singapore in 1988. He is also a member of the Society of Project Manager in Singapore since 1988. Mr Yee has held various roles in several construction companies and town councils in the island republic before he co-founded Ukay Builders Sdn Bhd with Datuk Yee in 2005.
